The BREEAM Awards are returning to recognise the people involved in the specification, design, construction and management of the ‘best of the best’ BREEAM certified buildings.
The BREEAM Awards will take place on Tuesday 7 March after the first day of Ecobuild. The Awards have become a firm fixture in the calendar for built environment professionals and Ecobuild attendees. Winners will be announced at a glittering black tie ceremony at The London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
Shortlisted buildings have been announced in nine categories covering the main BREEAM sectors: Office, Retail, Industrial, Education & Health, and Mixed Use & Other. The shortlist has been compiled from the highest scoring BREEAM buildings in each of these sectors.
The awards are being judged by a panel of independent judges that includes the architect Professor Bill Gething and CBRE’s Head of Sustainability for the EMEA region, Rebecca Pearce. Awards will be made based on overall performance, replicability, innovation, and the degree to which the project has gone beyond expected practice.
You can vote for your favourite shortlisted building in the publicly decided Your BREEAM Award.
